    Absolutely! While we cannot guarantee the item you're looking for will be available, we're happy to help you locate your favorite accessories. Just follow the "contact us" link below.
    2. How often do you add new items to your store?
    We receive new items from Scunci and other vendors several times a year. Our store is always changing. Stop by our "New Arrivals" page for all the latest additions.
    3. How do I know if a hair accessory is right for me?
    Just read some of the many hair accessory ratings and reviews our customers have left for you. We encourage everyone to leave product reviews to help other shoppers. If you still have questions, contact us and we'll be happy to make recommendations.

    If you purchased the item from Hair Flair within the past 30 days, just contact us for assistance. If not, contact Scunci/Conair at 1-800-3CONAIR or Goody at 1-800-241-4324 and they'll be happy to help. Both companies often provide free replacements if you are not happy with your hair accessories.

    1. Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes, we offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $35. Regular shipping charges apply for all orders shipping internationally.
    2. How much is shipping for orders under $35?
    Shipping costs will vary based on what you order. To determine shipping, just add items to your cart, then enter your country and postal code to see how much it will cost to ship to you. No credit card is required to see shipping costs.
    3. Do you ship outside of the US?

    4. Why do you only ship via the US Postal Service?
    We're commited to giving our customers the most economical shipping options possible. At the present time, USPS is the least expensive way to get your accessories to you while still offering delivery tracking information. We use First Class rates up to 13oz to save you as much as possible.
